I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy, an intuitive energy healer, and the owner of Alive + Well Dayton, LLC. I have worked as a holistically based physical therapist in Dayton, Ohio for 10 years.
My purpose in life is to lead people toward the best version of themselves.
I know that life can be challenging and often it seems like no one is in our corner. I aim to join you on your journey of healing as a resource and an advocate. I am passionate about helping all people in my life to be Alive + Well.

At Alive + Well, I promise to exceed your expectation of the care you are given. I believe that your time and resources are valuable. During a session at Alive + Well I provide one-on-one care without distractions. You can expect to be given time to share your story, to ask any questions you may have, and be provided treatment and guidance on the next steps of your healing journey.
During your evaluation, we will take time to hear what your body has to say. We will discuss the underlying cause of your pain, injury, and stressors. We will spend time doing hands-on (manual) treatment and discuss any emotional barriers that may be impacting your overall health and wellness. You will leave with an action plan for next steps.
